The multilanguage interface of the component is achieved with the usage of local resources. For each of the user controls, part of forum component is defined local resources file.
Version 2.0.100.1 comes with local resources in English. The folder with the resource files in App_LocalResources and is placed in MC_Forum folder.
The developers could modify the existing local resources but they should keep the names of the keys. Also they could create resources for other languages and cultures which have the same keys.
